Benefit Show

Gesture sketch from a couple of weeks ago of one of the pianists at a benefit jazz concert for my friend and teacher Katya Mezhova. Pastel on 12"x16" paper, cropped.

Artist & Craftsman in Hillcrest, San Diego, is also hosting a benefit art exhibit for her this month, which includes two of my paintings and one of my drawings.

I also posted a new painting and started an Instagram account for my art, @jjab.art, where I may post some WIPs or other photos of my work.
